Treat that being with integrity and respect.
Your self care impacts the whole world for the greater good.
It makes you a whole being who by proxy gives permission and inspiration for others to do the same.

So to YOU my wise friend, today (or any day) should you encounter someone who wants you to shrink to please them (or to fit a so called status quo)… breathe in deep and take up all that rightful, valuable space in yourself.
Never back down on backing and investing in yourself. You were born to be you. Don’t dim your power for anyone…
Authenticity, self-respect, bravery, permission to be ALL that you are… the world not only needs that stuff like insulin…
There are also others watching you, who by proxy will learn that it’s invaluable, imperative and necessary to back who they are without shame, without shrinkage or dissolution.
Go out there and live ALL that you are…
Makes me so darn proud and overjoyed when I see someone take up space and OWN their life.
Go, you good thing, GO live out loud.
I’m cheering you fierce from the sidelines, I believe in you, make sure YOU believe in you and don’t back down…

Presence and an open mind
If we take a breath and pull up a seat, we find that most of what scares or stalls us holds great alchemy.
With presence and an open mind we often find that what we fear is simply waiting for us to listen and receive insight.
Adversity, fear, ‘dragons’ are there for the taking, to transmute into self healing, self empowerment.
The bright messenger…
Contrary to many negative opinions on this emotion, I personally don’t view anger as the bad guy.
Champion yourself…
Stand up, Stand out, Shine on
Use whatever energy comes your way as fuel.
“Those who hate you don’t win unless you hate them because then you destroy yourself”
You’re not what others think of you. They’re simply painting their own projection.
Step aside of their illusion and back into your own bones.
You are who you say you are. Own yourself.
This world needs your light.
You were born to be you.
Stand up.
Stand out.
Shine on!
Action must follow suit
Abraham Lincoln said, “Reputation is the shadow. Character is the tree.“
Our reputation is what we try to display and profile for others to see, but character is who we are when no one is watching.
Having Good Character means doing the just and right thing solely because it is intelligent, respectful and honourable to do what is right.
Anybody can dish out promises and good ‘intentions’, but unless action follows suit those same words disintegrate into empty waffle and impactful lies, leaving the recipient at the very least; rightfully wary.
If this becomes a repetitive action, it’s not an accident, it’s chosen behaviour and it will ultimately destroy trust, relationships, and sabotage success in life.
There is nothing more attractive, enjoyable and rewarding than interacting with and being associated with someone with good character.
Be of good Good Character in all things and only associate with those who possess the same.
Anything less is not worth the time, angst, cost or heartbreak.
Choose wise and only allow what is healthy to grow in and around you.
Life is too short to play games with peoples lives or to let others play havoc with yours.
Live out loud
Live from that place in you that knows where the light switch is, trust it.
Dare to live out loud with what drives you, and don’t ever save anything for a special occasion…
Being alive is the special occasion.
